The San Diego Symphony treated the Young Lions and their families to VIP seating at The Joshua White Trio / John Beasley’s Monk’estra concert at Bayside Summer Nights tonight, August 24. This is the second time we have received free VIP tickets to the summer series, the first was to see music legend Herb Alpert in July. The students enjoyed the groovy, heady jazz while parents sipped complimentary champagne. We are so grateful to the San Diego Symphony for their generosity. The Young Lions will pay them back by performing in the lobby before every Jazz @ The Jacobs concert this season.
